How it fits together

Everyone works on the style — not on copies of it

Spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp make a copy of the style for every person in the chain, and the copies drift. On WOVENN there is one record. Your team, your buyers and your partners each open it through their own workspace — and every change they make is a stage on that record, with a name and a time on it.

01Brand intelligence

Know the brand before you design for it

Name a brand, retailer or buyer and WOVENN reads its public footprint — website, catalogue, marketplace listings — then builds its DNA: price position, assortment, signature fabrics and details, and where the opportunities are.

  • Every finding with a confidence and its sources
  • “Insufficient evidence” instead of a guess

02Product development & sampling

From concept to an approved sample, on one record

Line up styles by season and category, carry them through design, and run every proto, fit, size-set and PP round against the style — with files, comments and the buyer's decision on each round. Designers see the product, never the cost sheet.

  • Proto → fit → size-set → PP rounds

033D sample approval

Let buyers approve in 3D — before the courier

Upload a sample as a 3D garment and it opens in an interactive viewer in the buyer's portal. They turn it, zoom into the detail and approve or send it back, and the decision moves the style on — or back to design — straight away.

  • Interactive 3D viewer in the browser
  • Approve or reject in one click

04Sourcing & costing

Agree the price before the first metre is cut

Allocate each style to a factory and a fabric mill, record the FOB against your target cost and see the IMU margin at MRP. Fabric requirements are worked out from order quantity and consumption, so the mill knows what is due and when.

  • FOB vs target cost and IMU margin per style
  • Fabric need = order quantity × consumption, plus 5% wastage

05Production

See the line, not just the promise

Release the order and the factory files its own daily production reports — output against target, minutes, defects. Efficiency and DHU roll up per style and per factory, and on-time ex-factory feeds the supplier scorecard.

  • Daily reports filed by the factory
  • Efficiency = output × SAM ÷ minutes
  • Supplier scorecard ranked by order value

06Inbound & delivery

On time, in full — and early warning when it won't be

Logistics and trade partners book and move the goods and update their own legs. The DC receives and allocates, stores get their stock, and planned-vs-actual dates drive OTIF, lead time and an at-risk list your team sees first.

  • OTIF with a 98% in-full tolerance

Your buyers see their orders — without calling you

Retail and wholesale buyers sign in with Google or email to a portal of their own. They review the samples you share, approve in 3D, follow each order to delivery and come back to their brand analysis any time.

  • Only the styles you share with them

08Partner workspaces

Factories, mills and forwarders on the same thread

Manufacturers, fabric mills, logistics, import/export and trade-finance partners each get a workspace with their own KPIs and only the styles linked to them. A partner serving several brands simply switches between them.

  • Each partner sees only its own orders
  • Never the brand's MRP or target cost
  • Partners record their own milestones

Open the record to your network — not your margins

One sign-in, many roles. What each person can see and change comes from the role they’re working in — and cost fields are removed from what a designer or partner receives, not merely hidden on their screen.

Foundations

Built to be trusted with the whole season

A dashboard for every role

Brand team, designers, buyers and each kind of partner get their own KPIs — order book, IMU, OTIF, first-time-right, efficiency, DHU, fabric due, exposure — computed live from the records, never typed in.

28 shared reference lists

Seasons, size ranges, colours, fabrics, Incoterms, ports, AQL and more — 23 industry-standard lists loaded on day one, maintained once and shared by your whole network.

One sign-in, many roles

A founder who also designs, a forwarder who also clears customs: one login, pick the role, switch any time.

Your data stays yours

Every organization's records are structurally separate, and revoking a role takes effect on the very next click.

Audit trail

Stage changes, approvals and access grants are written to an audit log with who did it and when.

Partners across brands

A factory or forwarder working with several brands holds a role in each and switches between them — one login, no data crossing over.
